The Booking Process

Your booking process is simple, convenient, and fair.

You can find my booking site here on my website, on the top of every page. 

My books are open 60 days in advance. 

There are 4 main color sessions to choose from. You can look at a detailed description of each session on my service menu.

Come Prepared

Clean, Dry Hair

To ensure best results, please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair-- preferably with minimal product in it. Excessive hairspray, gels, root touch up sprays, or any other build up make it harder for color to process evenly. 

Payment Methods

I accept all major debit/credit cards.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept personal checks.

Inspiration Pictures

Come prepared with pictures of hair cuts and colors that you LOVE and a couple of ones that you DON'T. 

This is simply so I can get a good idea of your likes and dislikes. 

Policies

New Guest Booking Fee

All new guests or guests who I haven't seen in more than 12 months are required to pay a $50 booking fee. This fee goes towards the total of the appointment, paid through invoice within 24 hours of appointment request. Failure to do so will result in the appointment's cancellation. No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their booking fee. 

Cancellation Policy

All appointments require 48 hours notice of cancellation before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in a 50% nonrefundable rebooking fee. This fee must be paid through invoice before a future appointment can be accepted. I do understand emergencies do happen, so I allow 1 last-minute cancellation for true emergencies.

The Experience

Before the Door

A confirmation email or text is sent two days before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment to ensure your appointment time is reserved. 

The Consultation

Appointments begin with an honest conversation about your hair to make sure we are both clear on expectations and confident on how we will proceed. I want you to feel listened to, excited, and taken care of as we explore solutions and plans to create your perfect hair color experience. 

The Works

During color application, the salon provides music, wifi, and fun conversation. if you prefer a little silence for relaxation, please let me know. It's completely up to you! 

The Shampoo

All post-color shampoos are followed by a treatment customized to your hair needs including a hot towel wrap and warm eye pillow. 

Out of the Salon Support

Your at Home Experience

I pride myself in going above and beyond to make sure you feel empowered to love your hair not just when you leave the salon, but every day.

 

I happily provide individualized education for you on how to maintain, and style your hair at home in a way that fits your lifestyle. 

Your Ongoing Support

Before you leave, we will make a plan for your next appointment and send you off with hair worthy of a Pinterest board.
